Carvery Rib of Locally Farmed Beef

We prepare the rib by removing the back bone and thus allowing the best of both worlds. The superb flavour of beef on the bone with the ease of carving.

Allow 375 g per person to allow for the bone

For medium cook 33 mins per kilo at 180 0C

Then let rest for 45 Minutes remove bone for ease of carving
