Lamb is not as cheap as it once was but still my favourite meat

Cook for 44 minutes per kilo at 180oC rub a little crushed garlic and salt with a few sprigs of rosemary FANTASTIC

Please let meat rest for at least 25 mins even longer is no problem free up oven space and cook your roast potatoes afterwards
